As a publishing consulting and writing service, Rick has worked with numerous authors and writers. He has published and ghost written books for Putnam, Contemporary Books, Jossey-Bass, and McGraw Hill, as well as helped numerous authors self-publish their own books. He has also served as Editorial Director for several Internet companies, producing web content.

In his role as Senior Editor, Rick acquired and developed 50+ nonfiction trade books, as well as participated in sales campaigns, promotional materials, and writing and designing jacket copy.

Rick managed a staff of 8 editors and a budget of $3 million creating high school textbooks in history, English, and foreign languages.
